~^~ Fuzzy Lumpkins ~^~

Fuzzy Lumpkins is a furry pink bear-like beast who has a country accent. He really loves meat and appeared on the first episode, when he created a meat jam. The Powerpuff Girls were judges at a jam contest and when they chose another jam as the winner, Fuzzy was furious. He transformed Townsville into meat in revenge. Fuzzy is selfish and doesn't like anyone near his property. He hates it when the Powerpuff Girls come close to his property without permisison. He won't let anyone touch his belongings, especially his hat, pipe, jug, broomstick and "Jo" banjo.

~^~ The Amoeba Boys ~^~

The Amoeba Boys has three members: Bossman, Jr., and Skinny. Bossman is the boss, Jr. is the one who repeats everything Bossman says and Skinny is the one who annoys everyone with his foolish remarks. They are villians, but they don't commit major bad crimes. They're actually so pathetic that the Powerpuff Girls had to rob a bank for them.

~^~ Mojo Jojo ~^~

Mojo Jojo is a monkey with a huge brain. He lives on the peak of a mountain in the middle of Townsville. He used to be Professor Utonium's lab assistant and was known as Jojo. Jojo was the one that bumped into the professor the day he was creating the girls, so he was the reason why the chemical X accidently fell. Jojo felt depressed and ignored when the girls were created, so he ran away from the lab, devoting his life to destroying the Powerpuff Girls.

Sedusa

Sedusa's disguise was as Ima Goodlady. Her goal was to marry the Professor so she could control the Powerpuff Girls. She planned to ground the girls for the rest of their lives, but the girls found out.

~^~ Roach Coach ~^~

Roach Coach was actually a robot with a roach within him, that took the form of a human. He hates humans and discharged his command of roaches on Townville. The Powerpuff Girls had been instructed by the Professor to not kill bugs just because they thought they were disgusting, so they were in big trouble. Roach Coach created a gigantic roach and devoured the girls, who in turn were able to destroy the roach from the inside. He was sent to prison, except it was a jar.

~^~ Powerpuff Bluffs ~^~

These guys were three criminals that disguised themselves as the Powerpuff Girls. They commit various crimes, and everyone in Townsville actually beleive they are the Powerpuff Girls.

~^~ Him ~^~

Him has a real name, but it strikes fear into hearts of those who hear it, so they refer to him as Him. He looks like Satan and he's the girls' archenemy. He's the most evil of the villians, made the people of Townsville hate the Powerpuff Girls, and even got Bubbles against her sisters.

~^~ Gangrene Gang ~^~

The Gangrene Gang is a group of green villians. The leader is Ace, and Buttercup fell in love with him once. The other members are Big Billy, Little Arturo, Snake, and Grubba. Grubba hardly speaks, he just grunts and makes other noises. The Gangrene Gang spend most of their time committing petty crimes, such as prank phone calls.

~^~ Boogie Man ~^~

The Boogie Man is a monster that sets up a huge disco ball, which blocked out the sun. Since darkness overtook Townsville, he released all the monsters, demons, and trolls that hide in the night throughout the town.

~^~ Abracadaver ~^~

Al Lusion was a magician that used to work years before the Powerpuff Girls, when the Mayor was a child. Once, he made a small girl's teddy bear disappear and she got mad. She claimed he was a phony and everyone started laughing at him. Accidently, he walked straight into a coffin of spikes and died. Years later, he resurrected as a zombie. He wanted revenge on all of those who put him to shame.

~^~ Elmer S'glue ~^~

Elmer S'glue is a geeky kid that attends Pokey Oaks kindergarten with the Powerpuff Girls. Like Bubbles, he likes eating glue. Buttercup threw paste at him once to tease him, and Miss Keane wants her to say sorry, but she won't do it. A little while later, Elmer eats some radioactive glue and turns into a huge glue monster. He terrorizes all in Townsville and the only way to stop him is if Buttercup apologizes for what she did. Buttercup is forced to apologize becuase Blossom and Bubbles were stuck to his body.

~^~ Cat Man Do ~^~

Cat Man Do is a kitty cat that the Powerpuff Girls get as a house pet. He's an evil kitty and he can hypnotize people and force them to commit his crimes. He wanted to have all cats rule the world, so he hypnotized the Professor and made him build a huge ray gun. In the end, the Professor was saved.

~^~ Rowdyruff Boys ~^~

Mojo Jojo created these three boys, who were almost identical to the Powerpuff Girls. They had the same power but instead of sugar, spice, and everything nice, they were produced with nasty stuff like snails, puppy dog tails, and snips (armpit hair), and water from the toilet was used to substitute for chemical X. Their names were Brick, Boomer, and Butch. The girls had a tough time fighting the boys, but they finally discover their weakness. They all try to act sexy and then kiss the boys who scream, holler, and then explode.

~^~ Major Man ~^~

Major Man was looked up by the Professor and the Mayor, who replaced the Powerpuff Girls with him. The girls got jealous, so they decided to investigate him. They discovered that he arranged all the crimes that were going on and hired actors to act as criminals. The girls set up a crime and Major Man didn't know what to do about the situation. When he was defenseless and couldn't do anything, he decided to confess what he was doing.

~^~ Powerpuff Princess ~^~

Princess is a bossy, irritating small, rich girl who moved to Townsville. She goes to Pokey Oaks Kindergarten with the Powerpuff Girls. When she discovers about them and their power, she wants to become a Powerpuff Girl. Blossom refuses to allow her to join the group, so she bought a special suit and a bunch of technological stuff that gave her powers. She wants to be the new heroine of Townsville, but she never beats the Powerpuff Girls.

~^~ Mr. Mime ~^~

Mr. Mime was once Rainbow the Clown, a clown who sang at children's birthday party. One day, he got hit by a bleach truck and all the bleach spilled out, removing all the color out of him. He is totally silent and has the power to turn whatever he pleases into grayscale. He got really mad and decided to turn all of Townsville to black and white. All of Townsville is turned black and white, including the people. Bubbles sang "Love Makes the World Go Round" and everything is brought back to color, including Mr. Mime.
