Professor Utonium wanted to create the perfect little girls, so he made a mixture of "sugar, spice, and everything nice". He accidently spilled Chemical X when he was preparing it, creating the Powerpuff Girls! The Professor is always prepared with excellent advice for the girls and cares a lot for them.

~^~ Mayor ~^~

Mayor is the mayor of Townsville. He doesn't really have a known name. He's sort of naive, and if it wasn't for his assistant, Miss Bellum, he'd never make it. The Mayor cares deeply for his hat, and he would never let anyone touch it.

Bubbles' favorite stuffed animal that was stolen by Him.

Squirrel (who is actually a squirrel) informed the Powerpuff Girls that Fuzzy Lumpkins was beating up the citizens of Townsville. He also helped them defeat Fuzzy.

~^~ Miss Sara Bellum ~^~

Miss Bellum is the Mayor's assistant. She helps him with his job, and you can never see her head. She is very intelligent and was the only one who believed that the Powerpuff Girls were innocent when the three men faked that they were the Powerpuff girls.

~^~ Miss Keane ~^~

Miss Keane is the Powerpuff Girls' teacher at Pokey Oaks Kindergarten. She's usually nice to the girls and Blossom admires her.

A dog that sometimes helps the Powerpuff Girls.
